All orders placed after 12:00 pm will be delivered the next business day.

All orders must have the recipient's phone number (unless it is a hospital, hotel or funeral home.) Successful deliveries cannot be guaranteed without a correct phone number. For a birthday, anniversary, or some other special occasion, you might want to tell us if it is OK to call the recipient first or leave if no one is home - if that is the case, then please include that information on the order.

If no one is home to accept delivery:
Our driver will check with a neighbor to see if they will accept the delivery. If that does not work, then the driver will place a tag on the recipient's door that says we attempted delivery and call/leave message the recipient to make plans for delivery. The driver will use discretion leaving an arrangement when no one is home in poor weather (too cold, too hot, too windy ect.)
